At CertifyX, we strive to provide a transparent and professional certification process. This No Refund Policy applies to all payments made on our platform, including but not limited to certificate processing fees.
All payments made to CertifyX are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a payment is processed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:
Refunds may only be considered in the rare event of a technical error where a payment was charged but the service was not delivered (e.g., certificate not generated after successful completion and valid payment). In such cases, you must contact support within 7 days of the transaction.
